📋 Description

• As a Manual QA Engineer at Planner 5D, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of a globally used home design platform that serves over 100 million users across 230 territories, including Antarctica. Your work directly impacts user trust and satisfaction by identifying defects before they reach customers, supporting the company’s mission to make home design accessible to everyone.
• Day to day, you will execute manual test cases across web, iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS platforms, report and track bugs using issue tracking tools, collaborate with developers and product teams to reproduce and verify fixes, participate in test planning and requirement reviews, and contribute to improving test coverage and QA processes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• You will join a diverse, product-oriented team spread across multiple time zones, united by a passion for innovation in home design technology. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer or similar role testing web and/or mobile applications
• Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla)
• Ability to write clear, detailed test cases and reproduce issues consistently
• Familiarity with cross-platform testing (Web, iOS, Android, Desktop)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in distributed teams
• Basic knowledge of SQL or API testing is a plus
