📋 Description

• As a QA Engineer at Ondo Finance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and quality of web and frontend experiences for institutional and retail users interacting with blockchain-enabled financial products, directly contributing to user trust and platform stability in high-stakes environments.
• You will own end-to-end QA for web and frontend products, build and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, Jest, and Percy, test complex user flows involving perps and portfolio management, collaborate with engineering to shift quality left in the development lifecycle, and help establish scalable QA processes and tooling as the company grows.
• Ondo Finance is a remote-first, well-funded fintech innovator backed by top-tier investors like Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures, combining deep expertise from Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, and SpaceX alumni to build institutional-grade blockchain financial products at scale.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern frontend testing stacks, influence quality culture across engineering teams, gain exposure to complex web3 financial systems, and grow into a leadership role shaping QA strategy as the company scales.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience testing modern web applications
• Hands-on experience with Next.js, Playwright, Jest, and visual regression testing
• A high-ownership mindset and strong product judgment
• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguous problems
• Ability to think clearly about quality in systems that are complex, high-traffic, and user-critical
• Clear communicator who can drive bugs to resolution and improve team habits around quality
