- • The QA Engineering Internship at Chartbeat Inc. offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and quality assurance of analytics and revenue solutions used by top media brands worldwide. As part of a company shaping the future of media strategy, the intern will support efforts to ensure product reliability and performance across platforms.
- • Day to day, the intern will work on a small cross-functional scrum team alongside engineers, designers, data scientists, and product managers to define sprint goals, participate in team meetings and tech talks, and assist in building and deploying products under the guidance of a mentor. Responsibilities include testing software functionality, identifying bugs, and supporting quality assurance processes for Chartbeat’s data systems, front-end applications, analysis engines, and APIs.
- • Chartbeat Inc. is a remote-first engineering team of under 50 engineers, part of a larger organization that includes Tubular Labs and other media technology brands. The company processes massive scale data — over 100 billion pageviews monthly and millions of messages per second — and values a culture of collaboration, learning, and work/life balance.
- • The intern will gain hands-on experience in software testing within a real-world engineering environment, improve proficiency in version control (Git) and project management tools (Jira), and develop skills in QA methodologies while contributing to products used by enterprise content creators and media companies globally.
