đź“‹ Description
- • As a QA Lead at Willow Health, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our quality assurance strategy and execution. This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role where you will not only guide and mentor a dedicated QA team but also actively contribute to building and scaling our automated testing frameworks. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that every aspect of our telehealth platform, from the user interface to the underlying data integrity, meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
- • You will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive quality assurance framework that encompasses both manual and automated testing across our web and mobile platforms. This includes establishing clear testing standards, introducing scalable QA processes, and ensuring seamless integration of QA activities into our development workflows. Your strategic vision will drive the evolution of our QA practices, making them more efficient, effective, and aligned with our rapid growth.
- • A core part of your role will involve creating and building out our web testing automations. You will select and implement appropriate test automation frameworks (such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium) to ensure robust coverage across UI, regression, and integration layers. This hands-on development work will be critical in reducing manual effort, increasing testing speed, and improving the overall quality of our releases.
- • Leading and mentoring the QA team is a key responsibility. You will foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities. This includes establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and growth paths for team members, empowering them to excel in their contributions to Willow Health's success.
- • Ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across all devices and browsers is paramount. You will leverage tools like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs to conduct thorough cross-browser and cross-device testing, verifying that our platform performs flawlessly and maintains design fidelity across a wide range of environments.
- • A significant focus will be placed on analytics and tracking validation. You will partner closely with our Data and Engineering teams to meticulously validate Segment events, analytics tagging, and experiment tracking. This ensures that we have accurate, reliable, and actionable data for decision-making and product improvement.
- • You will play a vital role in our experimentation efforts, collaborating with the CRO and product teams to validate A/B test setups and variations implemented in platforms like Optimizely. This ensures the integrity of our experiments and the reliability of the insights derived from them.
- • Championing best practices in QA is essential. You will integrate QA early into the development lifecycle, advocate for CI/CD testing practices, and continuously seek opportunities to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness. This proactive approach will help us deliver high-quality software faster.
- • Developing and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and regression cycles will be a regular part of your duties. You will ensure thorough test coverage and meticulous documentation of test results.
- • You will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and communicating key quality metrics, release readiness status, and risk assessments to stakeholders. This data-driven approach will inform our release decisions and highlight areas for improvement.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to build and scale QA infrastructure from the ground up or significantly enhance existing systems. Your ability to set up processes and tooling that support a growing engineering organization will be highly valued.
- • Willow Health is dedicated to providing personalized, responsible cosmetic weight loss care. We combine medical expertise with a patient-centered approach, making high-quality care accessible and thoughtful. As our QA Lead, you will directly contribute to this mission by ensuring the reliability and quality of the technology that enables our services, ultimately impacting patient trust and satisfaction.
