• • As a QA Lead at Aphex Technologies Inc., you will take charge of the company's end-to-end regression suite, playing a foundational role in shaping the quality assurance function for a construction tech platform used by major global contractors.
• • You will establish a consistent testing schedule for regression testing, recruit and lead a skilled internal QA team, and oversee external QA vendors to ensure thorough test coverage aligned with acceptance criteria.
• • Aphex Technologies Inc. is a construction planning platform replacing outdated spreadsheets with multiplayer tools, trusted by industry leaders like BAM, Balfour Beatty, SKANSKA, Kier, MACE, and Murphy to deliver projects from £50 million to multi-billion-pound megaprojects.
• • In this role, you will build and own the QA architecture, choose appropriate tools, set quality standards, and grow your impact by leading a team and influencing product quality at scale in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.
