  • • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead with a specialized focus on User Experience (UX) and Functional testing to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless and accurate delivery of our clients' digital experiences across a multitude of platforms. Your expertise will be vital in validating the end-to-end user journeys, from initial interaction to final conversion, guaranteeing that every touchpoint meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and functionality.
  • • Your primary responsibility will involve the comprehensive testing of user experiences across web, mobile, email, and CRM channels. This includes meticulously validating visual accuracy to ensure brand consistency and aesthetic appeal, confirming content correctness for clarity and relevance, and verifying functional behavior to guarantee a smooth and intuitive user interaction. You will be the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that our clients' digital presence is not only visually appealing but also robust and error-free.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be dedicated to the QA of Adobe Target experiments and personalization initiatives. You will rigorously test these experiences to ensure that targeting parameters are correctly applied, that content renders accurately across diverse devices and browsers, and that appropriate fallbacks are in place for any unexpected scenarios. This ensures that our clients' personalization strategies are effective and deliver the intended impact.
  • • You will also play a key role in reviewing and validating nurture campaigns, likely managed through platforms such as Marketo. This involves a detailed examination of email layouts, the integrity of links, the correct insertion of personalization tokens, and the logic governing delivery. Your thoroughness will prevent errors that could undermine campaign effectiveness and client trust.
  • • A crucial part of your testing will involve form submissions and lead capture processes. You will rigorously test these workflows to ensure that all data is captured accurately, fields are mapped correctly to the CRM, validation rules function as expected, and the overall user flow is intuitive and efficient. This directly impacts the quality of leads generated for our clients.
  • • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, UX designers, and content strategists. This partnership is essential for understanding acceptance criteria, providing timely feedback, and certifying that all releases meet the defined quality standards before they go live. Your ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders will be paramount.
  • • You will be responsible for writing comprehensive test cases based on functional requirements and user stories. This requires a deep understanding of the business objectives and user needs to create test scenarios that cover all critical paths and edge cases.
  • • This role demands a self-directed individual who can effectively manage their own time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to work independently, taking ownership of your testing responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5 years of experience in QA testing, with a strong emphasis on user experience and functional testing.
  • • Proven experience testing within marketing technology platforms, specifically Adobe EDS, Adobe Target, and Marketo.
  • • Experience using Jira for test case management, bug tracking, and workflow management.
  • • Ability to work remotely, preferably within the US, with a requirement to overlap with the CST time zone.
  • • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership of tasks.
  • • Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to proactively identify issues and suggest improvements.
