📋 Description

• • Test Medier’s brands and competitor platforms across sportsbook, casino, payments, bonuses, CRM, and gamification features specifically for the Hungarian market.
• • Perform full real-user testing including registration flows, real-money deposits, withdrawals, and validation of payment methods and limits.
• • Verify that all content, language, and functionality are correctly localized for Hungarian users, including currency, regulations, and cultural nuances.
• • Validate casino game performance: check loading times, stability, availability, and gameplay quality across devices and browsers.
• • Test CRM communications including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages to ensure accurate delivery and personalization.
• • Conduct affiliate tracking tests to confirm registration attribution, promo code functionality, and landing page integrity.
• • Support the sign-off process for new brand launches and brands migrating to new platforms by performing end-to-end quality assurance.
• • Report bugs with clear, detailed reproduction steps and verify resolved issues through retesting.
• • Respond to urgent live incidents, assist teams in identifying root causes, and provide timely feedback to Product, Tech, CRM, and Payments teams.
• • Collaborate closely with international departments including Affiliates, Country Managers, Product, PSP/Payments, and Tech to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment.
• • Monitor competitor platforms to benchmark UX, feature availability, and promotional offerings against Medier’s own brands.
• • Ensure compliance with local Hungarian regulations and user expectations in all tested flows.
• • Maintain structured documentation of test cases, findings, and outcomes for internal knowledge sharing and audit readiness.
• • Proactively identify inconsistencies in UI/UX, functionality, or localization that may impact user experience or conversion rates.
• • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail in all testing activities.
• • Stay updated on evolving iGaming trends, payment methods, and regulatory changes specific to Hungary to enhance testing relevance.
• • Participate in team discussions and feedback sessions to improve testing processes and product quality standards.
• • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data encountered during real deposit and withdrawal testing.
• • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, new platform releases, and time-sensitive product updates.
