📋 Description

• We're a fast-growing telehealth company, and we're looking for a QA / Test Engineer to own product quality end to end.
• You'll test features before they ship, own our release process, and keep our bug backlog under control so the team can move quickly without compromising quality.
• This is a hands-on role that goes beyond manual testing. You'll own the path from 'code complete' to 'safely released' across our web and mobile products.
• Run end-to-end tests on new features before release across our web and mobile applications.
• Own the release process: test staging builds, run the final quality gate before ship, and help us move toward faster, more frequent releases.
• Develop risk-based test plans for critical telehealth workflows, including patient-facing experiences, privacy-sensitive functionality, and high-impact production changes.
• Perform mobile device testing on Android, including reproducing and verifying device-specific issues.
• Triage, track, and manage bugs, driving them to closure and keeping the backlog under control.
• Partner with engineering and product to define test coverage and prioritize issues.
• Build and maintain automated tests to expand coverage and speed up regression testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid QA / software testing experience, ideally in a fast-moving product environment.
• Experience writing and improving test automation and test infrastructure, including using AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to build and improve automation.
• Hands-on Android device testing experience.
• Comfortable testing web applications end to end.
• Experience working across dev, staging, and production environments and with release processes.
• Strong bug tracking, test case management, and triage skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the judgment to distinguish release-blocking issues from minor ones.
• Able to drive quality independently while partnering closely with engineering and product.
