- • Oxio Technologies Inc. is seeking a dedicated and meticulous QA Tester to join our innovative team at our Mexico City office. As a key player in the world's first telecom-as-a-service (TaaS) platform, you will be instrumental in democratizing telecom, making it accessible for brands and enterprises to own and operate their proprietary mobile networks. Our cutting-edge TaaS solution seamlessly integrates multiple existing networks into a single, cloud-managed SaaS platform, offering unparalleled business intelligence and insights into customer and machine (M2M) behavior. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of telecom innovation, empowering companies to build powerful mobile presences and gain unprecedented customer insights.
- • In this hands-on role, you will take complete ownership and responsibility for the engineering QA function. Your primary focus will be on conducting thorough manual QA reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and onboarding new tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will also serve as the crucial release manager, ensuring the smooth and high-quality deployment of our software products. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with our Product Managers and Software Engineers to uphold the highest standards of quality before each product release.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire testing lifecycle. You will be tasked with creating, maintaining, and executing comprehensive test cases for our software products, ensuring all functionalities perform as expected. A critical part of your role will be identifying and meticulously reporting any defects found in the software, providing detailed information to facilitate swift resolution. You will collaborate closely with development and product teams, gaining a deep understanding of software requirements and designs to inform your testing strategies.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute to the advancement of our testing capabilities by designing and developing automated tests for our software products. This will involve reviewing and providing constructive feedback on software design specifications and documentation, ensuring clarity, completeness, and testability. A core objective will be to ensure that our software products consistently comply with international quality standards and relevant regulations, maintaining Oxio's commitment to excellence.
- • You will perform both manual and automated testing, employing a variety of techniques to uncover potential issues. The ability to provide clear, concise, and actionable reports on software quality to stakeholders will be paramount, enabling informed decision-making throughout the release process. This role demands a passion for continuous learning, a drive to apply new skills effectively, and exceptional problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges within a fast-paced startup environment.
- • As a QA Tester at Oxio, you will be a guardian of quality, ensuring that our TaaS platform and associated products meet and exceed user expectations. You will play a vital role in the success of our product launches, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the overall reputation of Oxio Technologies. Your work will directly impact the reliability and performance of a groundbreaking platform that is reshaping the telecom industry. You will be empowered to implement best practices and influence the QA strategy, making this a truly impactful position for a motivated QA professional.
