- • As a Quality Analyst at TruBridge, you will play a pivotal role in upholding and elevating the standards of our production processes within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously review the output of our operational teams, identifying and documenting any errors or inaccuracies to ensure the highest levels of precision and compliance.
- • You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a robust quality scoring system. This involves creating clear, objective metrics and consistently applying them to assess team performance. The documented quality scores will serve as a crucial feedback mechanism, highlighting areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves direct engagement with team members. You will act as a mentor and coach, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help individuals enhance their quality scores and overall performance. This includes conducting one-on-one sessions, offering targeted advice, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- • To further support the teams, you will be tasked with creating practical resources such as cheat sheets and comprehensive reference guides. These materials will serve as readily accessible tools, empowering teams to better understand complex processes, adhere to best practices, and minimize errors in their daily tasks.
- • This role requires a degree of flexibility and adaptability. In situations where the need arises, you will be expected to seamlessly transition into the AR Analyst role, temporarily taking on responsibilities related to Accounts Receivable analysis. This demonstrates your commitment to supporting the broader operational goals of the organization.
- • A key function of the Quality Analyst is to identify and analyze recurring patterns and trends within team production, denial management, and any overarching global issues. By diligently tracking and reporting these trends, you will provide valuable insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive process improvements across the RCM lifecycle.
- • You will be responsible for ensuring that all production activities consistently meet and exceed the quality and production standards established by TruBridge. This involves staying abreast of organizational policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain an impeccable record of performance.
- • Your expertise will be crucial in identifying root causes of errors and developing proactive solutions to prevent their recurrence. This analytical approach to quality assurance will contribute significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our RCM operations.
- • You will collaborate closely with operational teams, management, and potentially other departments to champion a quality-centric approach. Your insights will help shape training programs, refine workflows, and implement best practices that resonate throughout the organization.
- • The ability to interpret complex RCM data, understand the intricacies of the provider claim lifecycle, and possess a deep knowledge of insurance payers and common denial reasons will be essential for success in this role. You will leverage this knowledge to provide accurate and actionable feedback.
- • This role is an individual contributor position, emphasizing your ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision. Your dedication to excellence will be a driving force in maintaining TruBridge's reputation for superior RCM services.
- • Ultimately, your contributions as a Quality Analyst will directly impact the financial health of our clients by ensuring accurate billing, efficient claims processing, and effective denial management, thereby maximizing revenue recovery and minimizing financial risk.
