  • • Join Exclaimer, a rapidly expanding SaaS company that is revolutionizing branded business communications. With a global presence spanning the UK, US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, and a team of 300 dedicated colleagues, we are on an exciting journey to become the leading multi-channel platform for branded business communications. Our success is built on a foundation of a people-first culture, emphasizing fairness, inclusion, psychological safety, and a commitment to continuous learning and development. We foster an environment where curiosity, creativity, and accountability are not just encouraged but are integral to our operations and growth.
  • • As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Exclaimer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the exceptional quality and reliability of our cutting-edge SaaS products. You will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to delivering seamless and robust solutions to our diverse global clientele. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the evolution of our multi-channel platform, directly impacting the user experience and the overall success of our products.
  • • You will be responsible for meticulously testing our software applications across various platforms and devices, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with the development and product teams to ensure timely resolution. Your keen eye for detail and systematic approach will be crucial in uncovering potential issues before they reach our customers, thereby safeguarding our reputation for quality and excellence.
  • • Key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases. This involves understanding user stories and technical specifications to create effective testing strategies that cover functional, regression, performance, and usability aspects of our software. You will be expected to document test results clearly and concisely, providing actionable feedback to developers and product managers.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies, advocating for best practices and exploring innovative testing tools and techniques.
  • • You will conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that new features or bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality. This requires a deep understanding of the product's architecture and a systematic approach to verifying that all components work harmoniously.
  • • Performance testing will be another critical area, where you will assess the responsiveness, stability, and scalability of our applications under various load conditions. Identifying performance bottlenecks and recommending optimizations will be key to ensuring a superior user experience, especially as our user base continues to grow.
  • • Usability testing will also be a focus, ensuring that our applications are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our target audience. You will provide feedback on the overall user experience, contributing to the design and development of interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work hand-in-hand with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that quality is embedded throughout the development process. Your ability to communicate technical findings effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be essential for fostering a shared understanding of quality standards.
  • • You will be involved in the automation of testing processes where appropriate, contributing to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts. This will help to increase testing efficiency, reduce manual effort, and allow for more frequent and comprehensive testing cycles.
  • • Staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in quality assurance and software testing is paramount. You will be encouraged to bring new ideas and approaches to the team, contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous learning. This includes exploring new testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies that can enhance our QA capabilities.
  • • Ultimately, your contribution as a Quality Assurance Analyst will directly influence the success of Exclaimer's products, ensuring that we consistently deliver high-quality, reliable, and user-centric solutions that exceed customer expectations and solidify our position as a leader in the global business communications market.
