- • As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Exclaimer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the exceptional quality and reliability of our cutting-edge SaaS products. You will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to delivering seamless and robust solutions to our diverse global clientele. - • You will be responsible for meticulously testing our software applications across various platforms and devices, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with the development and product teams to ensure timely resolution. Your keen eye for detail and systematic approach will be crucial in uncovering potential issues before they reach our customers, thereby safeguarding our reputation for quality and excellence.
- • Key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases. - • Performance testing will be another critical area, where you will assess the responsiveness, stability, and scalability of our applications under various load conditions. - • Proven experience in Quality Assurance or a similar software testing role.
- • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- • Experience in writing and executing test cases and test plans.
- • Familiarity with bug tracking systems and test management tools.
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
