📋 Description

• Test and validate ClinicalVision, a web-based Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system designed for nephrology patients with CKD, ESRD, and transplant conditions, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 Medical Device Quality System standards.
• Execute manual test cases for new features, bug fixes, integrations, and product changes across the application, with full traceability to original requirements.
• Review and validate French-Canadian translations of user interfaces, help documentation, and customer-facing content to ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and consistent user flow for Canadian French-speaking users.
• Document defects with clear reproduction steps, expected results, and actual outcomes, ensuring all issues are trackable and actionable for development teams.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design reviews, testing, defect tracking, and release verification.
• Perform regression testing, release testing, and verification activities to maintain software reliability and compliance across updates.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, QA colleagues, and business stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded in every phase of product delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, documentation standards, and team workflows in a regulated healthcare software environment.
• Ensure all testing activities are inspection-ready and fully aligned with ISO 13485 quality system requirements for medical device software.
• Produce clear, visually organized, and grammatically accurate test documentation and instructions in both English and French Canadian.
• Work autonomously in a fully remote, distributed team environment while maintaining strong accountability, proactive communication, and collaboration across time zones.
• Identify inconsistencies in language, system behavior, and workflow between English and French-Canadian versions of the software.
• Support the team in driving quality assurance improvements and enhancing the overall test ecosystem through process innovation and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain rigorous attention to detail in all testing and documentation tasks, ensuring software is accurate, usable, and reliable for clinicians and patients.
• Actively participate in Agile practices and contribute to team retrospectives, planning sessions, and daily stand-ups as part of a small, collaborative product team.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in French-Canadian and English (written and spoken), with ability to collaborate regularly with international teams outside Quebec.
• Experience with localization or multilingual software testing.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies in language, workflow, and system behavior.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
• Experience working in a regulated software environment (e.g., ISO 13485).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
