  • • As a Quality Assurance Specialist at OneDigital Health and Benefits, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the integrity and accuracy of our critical client-facing materials. This remote position is designed for meticulous individuals passionate about ensuring quality and driving continuous improvement within a dynamic and growing organization. You will be instrumental in reviewing ancillary insurance marketing presentations, a key component of our service delivery to brokers and clients.
  • • Your primary responsibility will involve conducting in-depth quality reviews of these marketing presentations. This includes a thorough examination of plan designs, ensuring they accurately reflect the intended benefits and structures. You will also scrutinize rate structures, verifying their correctness and adherence to established methodologies and internal guidelines. The financial summaries presented within these materials will require your careful evaluation to confirm accuracy and consistency.
  • • A significant aspect of this role is maintaining the integrity of all deliverables that are provided to our brokers. By ensuring that every presentation is accurate, consistent, and compliant with our standards, you contribute directly to the trust and reliability that our partners place in OneDigital. This attention to detail safeguards our reputation and enhances client satisfaction.
  • • You will be a key contributor to the continuous improvement efforts across both the Benefit and Marketing Analyst teams. By identifying trends in quality issues, documenting your findings meticulously, and reporting these insights to leadership, you provide valuable data that informs process enhancements and training initiatives. Your work will help refine our internal processes and elevate the overall quality of our output.
  • • The role demands a strong understanding of ancillary insurance products. This includes familiarity with various plan structures, the benefits they offer, and the underlying rate methodologies. This product knowledge is essential for performing accurate and insightful quality reviews.
  • • Financial acumen is another critical component. You will need to be comfortable assessing rate structures, validating calculations, and reviewing financial summaries to ensure they are not only mathematically correct but also presented clearly and consistently with our branding and compliance requirements.
  • • A high degree of attention to detail is non-negotiable. You must possess a strong commitment to accuracy, ensuring that every element of the presentation meets our stringent standards for consistency and adherence to established processes. This vigilance is crucial for preventing errors and maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • • Effective collaboration is vital, especially in our fast-paced, remote work environment. You will need to communicate your findings clearly and work constructively with colleagues across different teams to ensure that quality standards are met and that feedback is integrated effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this cross-functional interaction.
  • • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities is paramount for success in this remote role. You will be expected to take ownership of your tasks, maintain accountability for your work, and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines while ensuring the highest quality standards are upheld.
  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a company that combines the agility and innovation of a startup with the stability and resources of an industry leader. You will contribute to a people-first culture that values collaboration, growth, and making a meaningful impact in the health and benefits industry.
  • • Your contributions will directly support the Benefit and Marketing Analyst teams, ensuring that the information presented to brokers and clients is accurate, reliable, and professionally executed. This role is integral to maintaining OneDigital's commitment to excellence and client success.
