📋 Description
- • As a Quality Engineer at Henry Schein, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, efficacy, and compliance of healthcare products distributed across the UK and internationally, directly supporting patient well-being and regulatory adherence.
- • Day to day, you will conduct internal audits, investigate quality incidents, manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), maintain quality documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold ISO 13485 and other relevant quality standards.
- • You will join a dedicated Quality & Regulatory Affairs team within Henry Schein UK Holdings, a global leader in healthcare solutions, committed to equal opportunity and ethical operations across all employment practices.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in medical device quality systems, regulatory compliance, and risk management, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product reliability and organizational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in quality assurance or quality engineering within a regulated healthcare or medical device environment
- • Knowledge of ISO 13485, MDR, or other relevant quality management standards
- • Proficiency in conducting internal audits, managing CAPA processes, and maintaining quality documentation
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- • Effective communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork
