📋 Description

• Join Qodeworld as a Quality Reporting Analyst I and play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our operational processes and reporting. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work, with the expectation of quarterly travel to our Tampa office for 3-4 days, alongside potential travel for growth sessions. You will be instrumental in executing critical quality checks, performing in-depth operational reporting, conducting level analysis, and managing various workflows. Your responsibilities will encompass meticulous issue classification, seamless coordination, diligent maintenance of trackers, thorough peer reviews, and efficient JIRA uploads. A key aspect of this role involves the critical assessment of errors to determine their severity – Level I, II, or III – and the proactive submission of Level III issues into JIRA for expert resolution.
• As a Quality Reporting Analyst I, you will be the guardian of our data quality, ensuring that all reports are not only generated but are also meticulously validated for accuracy and completeness. You will be responsible for pulling and preparing reports, running User Acceptance Reviews (UARs), and evaluating the impact on claims. Your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing errors, identifying root causes, and escalating significant issues to the appropriate teams for remediation. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of operational accuracy.
• You will work closely with the Quality team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager, and will be an integral part of a collaborative environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally with Service Delivery and other internal teams will be essential for success. By identifying trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement, you will contribute directly to the enhancement of our service delivery and overall business performance. • The core of your function will revolve around data analysis and reporting. You will leverage your intermediate SQL skills to write, manipulate, and execute queries, exporting data into Excel for further analysis. Your advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and table creation, will enable you to transform raw data into actionable insights. While experience with Tableau is not a prerequisite, familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA is essential for managing issue resolution workflows. You will be tasked with not just generating reports but also understanding the underlying data, identifying discrepancies, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our data management practices.
• This role is ideal for an individual with a background in the health plan or healthcare services industry, possessing a solid understanding of quality assurance, reporting, denial management, or data validation principles. 🎯 Requirements
