- • As a Quality & Reporting Analyst at General Motors (GM), you will play a pivotal role within the Finance department's Billing and Reporting team, specifically supporting the Software & Services (S&S) function. This position is integral to executing GM’s ambitious connected vehicle and subscription strategies, contributing to the company's vision of becoming the most customer-centric automaker.
- • You will be a key member of a dynamic, cross-functional team responsible for the definition, configuration, testing, and triaging of global OnStar billing and reporting solutions. This ensures that critical financial data is accurately provided to a wide array of stakeholders, including Finance, Accounting, Tax, and other vital business units.
- • Your work will directly impact GM's ability to maximize subscription revenue and EBIT opportunities across North America, Europe, South America, the Middle East, and globally. Recent impactful projects you could have contributed to include the implementation of Super Cruise, Shopify integration, the new OnStar product catalog, and various global product launches.

- • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will work to refine reporting requirements and optimize delivery methods. A forward-thinking aspect of this role involves exploring and utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to derive deeper data insights and enhance decision-making.
- • You will maintain a close working relationship with the Enterprise Subscription Billing (ESB) team, contributing to the definition of tests that align with feature acceptance criteria and participating in production bug triages to ensure system stability.
- • A significant part of your role will involve defining the strategy and executing the successful launch of new countries and regions into our global reporting and billing ecosystems as GM expands its international presence.
- • You will also support the automation of ad-hoc analyses and special project reports. This includes generating data for new business development initiatives and preparing reports for tax and compliance audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- • This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
