Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Drive enterprise-level transformation as the Technical Program Manager who orchestrates multi-million-dollar initiatives across Faith Technologies’ construction, engineering, manufacturing, and renewable-energy divisions. You will own the full program lifecycle—from ideation and stage-gate approval through manufacturing hand-off and field deployment—ensuring every deliverable advances FTI’s mission to redefine how energy is designed, applied, and consumed.
  • • Act as the single point of accountability for complex, interdependent programs that may span multiple facilities and states. Translate executive strategy into executable roadmaps, balancing scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality while championing a Culture of Care that prioritizes safety, innovation, and the holistic well-being of every team member.
  • • Build and lead cross-functional strike teams composed of engineers, designers, QA specialists, operations managers, procurement experts, and external vendors. Provide daily direction, remove roadblocks, negotiate conflict resolution, and conduct formal performance evaluations to ensure each contributor is empowered, engaged, and aligned to program goals.
  • • Own the financial health of every initiative. Collaborate with Estimating, Operations, and Finance to develop detailed budgets exceeding $5 M, track burn rates, forecast variances, and implement corrective actions that keep programs profitable while exceeding customer expectations.
  • • Institute rigorous project governance using industry-standard tools and methodologies (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, stage-gate PDP/PLM/SDP). Create and maintain integrated master schedules, risk registers, change-control logs, and communication plans that keep stakeholders—from craft labor to C-suite executives—informed and confident.
  • • Serve as a visible change agent who inspires a shared sense of purpose. Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and lessons-learned sessions that institutionalize continuous improvement. Mentor junior project managers and engineers, cultivating the next generation of FTI leaders.
  • • Champion safety and quality at every milestone. Partner with Environmental Health & Safety to embed Zero-Injury principles into program plans. Work with QA/QC to define acceptance criteria, inspection protocols, and warranty strategies that uphold FTI’s reputation for world-class workmanship.
  • • Cultivate strategic customer and vendor relationships. Lead gate reviews, executive steering committees, and on-site demonstrations that showcase progress, surface emerging risks, and secure buy-in for scope or timeline adjustments.
  • • Maintain a living repository of program artifacts—charters, requirements, drawings, test reports, and close-out documents—ensuring intellectual property is preserved and knowledge is democratized across the enterprise.
  • • Travel 15–20 % to fabrication facilities, job sites, and customer locations to validate assumptions, celebrate wins, and keep a pulse on field realities that could influence design or execution.
  • • Work a core schedule of 7 AM–5 PM Monday–Friday, while remaining agile enough to support evening or weekend activities when critical program milestones demand it.
  • • Promote an inclusive, merit-based culture where top performers are recognized, diverse perspectives are valued, and every team member feels equipped to thrive.
