- • As the Director, R&D Software Engineering at Clario, you will be at the forefront of innovation, leading the charge to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into our next-generation platform. - • You will be instrumental in defining and executing the technical strategy and operational roadmap, ensuring our existing products remain robust while driving the development of new, groundbreaking initiatives. This involves a deep partnership with executive leadership, Product Management, and key stakeholders to ensure engineering priorities are meticulously aligned with the overarching corporate strategy.
- • A core responsibility will be establishing clear development milestones within an Agile framework, guaranteeing that projects are delivered not only on time but also within budget, meeting the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- • You will provide strategic and operational leadership to multiple engineering teams, overseeing product architecture, software development execution, quality engineering, and release management. This end-to-end oversight is crucial for delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions that directly support Clario’s mission of advancing clinical trials and accelerating life-changing therapies for patients worldwide.
- • Driving seamless collaboration between Software Development and Software Quality Engineering will be paramount. Your focus will be on maximizing automation and embedding quality throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring that every product is reliable and robust.
- • You will be responsible for continuously monitoring team capacity, productivity, quality metrics, and velocity. Proactive identification and mitigation of variances and risks will be key to maintaining project momentum and success.
- • Cross-functional collaboration will extend to Quality Assurance, Service Delivery, and Product Management, ensuring that clear, concise internal and external documentation is maintained, facilitating smooth operations and effective communication.
- • As a key member of the Engineering senior leadership team, you will contribute significantly to corporate strategy and long-term planning, shaping the future of Clario's technological landscape.
- • Identifying technical and operational risks and proactively implementing effective mitigation strategies will be a continuous effort, safeguarding project integrity and business continuity.
- • You will oversee the generation and reporting of engineering metrics within corporate systems, ensuring accurate and timely insights into team performance and project status.
