- • This role is pivotal in fostering authentic, peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with leading Radiopharmaceutical (RPT) Thought Leaders and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across the Southeast region.
- • Your primary objective is to strengthen RayzeBio's scientific leadership, accelerate patient impact, and help shape the future of radiopharmaceutical treatment paradigms.
- • You will serve as a trusted, agile partner to the RPT Thought Leader community, engaging in deep scientific discussions that advance the standard of care.
- • A key responsibility involves liaising with institutions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the clinical and RPT-specific levers and barriers that affect patient access to novel therapies, particularly within the context of clinical trials.
- • You will lead high-impact scientific discussions and deliver compelling presentations that challenge conventional thinking and promote the adoption of advanced treatment strategies.
- • Educating key opinion leaders on real-world evidence and clinical trial readouts will be a critical component of your role, ensuring they are informed about the latest advancements.
- • In supporting clinical development, you will identify and recommend potential sites for clinical trials, engaging with investigators and site staff to educate them about the trial and the investigational asset.
- • You will proactively identify and address barriers to patient enrollment, developing and delivering effective solutions to support trial progress.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves gathering early, actionable insights from the field. This includes conducting dedicated insight-gathering sessions to uncover emerging clinical or diagnostic/imaging needs, evolving treatment paradigms, and barriers to optimal patient care.
- • Translating this frontline feedback into strategic recommendations for internal teams will be crucial for informing clinical strategy and evidence generation.

- • From a medical perspective, you will advise and support payer discussions, ensuring that the scientific and clinical value of our therapies is clearly communicated.
- • The ability to synthesize external feedback in real-time is vital. You will rapidly onboard and distill complex information to inform cross-functional teams, including R&D, Medical, and Commercial, on clinical strategy and lifecycle planning.
- • As a scientific partner to medical and commercial/sales colleagues, you will guide medical education initiatives and external engagement strategies, ensuring a cohesive and scientifically sound approach.
- • You will play a key role in therapeutic area enablement by educating internal stakeholders on evolving trends in radiopharmaceuticals, real-world data, and the competitive landscape.
- • This role requires a deep understanding of the scientific and clinical aspects of radiopharmaceuticals and oncology, coupled with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to a diverse audience.
- • You will be instrumental in building strong, lasting scientific partnerships with key stakeholders in the RPT field.
- • Your insights will directly influence the development and commercialization of groundbreaking radiopharmaceutical therapies, ultimately impacting the lives of patients battling cancer.
- • RayzeBio, as a standalone entity within BMS, offers a unique environment that blends the agility of a biotech with the resources of a global leader, providing an unparalleled opportunity for growth and impact.
