• • The Rapids Product Manager, Global Diagnostics at Zoetis Inc. is accountable for owning the product roadmap, vision, and strategy from cradle to grave, including budget guidance, to drive long-term customer value and animal health outcomes through innovative diagnostic solutions.
• • Day to day, the role involves conducting continuous product discovery via customer experimentation and conversations, aligning with Commercial teams on financial and strategic goals, monitoring KPIs, providing ROI assessments, leading Cross Functional Product Teams (CFPTs) in setting OKRs, facilitating collaboration, and acting as the Voice of the Customer to ensure product excellence across global markets.
• • Zoetis is a global animal health company dedicated to supporting veterinarians and livestock producers with innovative diagnostics, vaccines, and therapeutics; the product team is cross-functional and durable, partnering with Global Commercial, Medical, VMRD, ZTD, and GMS to deliver solutions that work for both customers and the business.
• • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in veterinary medicine and diagnostic product lifecycle management, strengthen cross-functional leadership and influence skills, master data-driven decision-making and ROI analysis, and gain experience guiding product innovation from concept through launch and sustained performance in global markets.
