• • Join Upstream Rehabilitation as an RCM - Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for aged accounts, directly supporting the company’s mission to inspire and empower lives through outpatient therapy services.
• • Manage and resolve unpaid accounts, verify payments for accuracy, correct discrepancies, document actions thoroughly, identify and report errors or compliance issues, stay current on state billing rules, provide exception support, and handle escalated accounts with precision and professionalism.
