- • This freelance role involves shaping how AI understands and applies real estate expertise by reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs, ensuring they reflect true real estate reasoning and practical advisory procedures.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing AI-generated content related to real estate advisory, market analysis, and regulations; evaluating responses for technical accuracy and compliance; drafting realistic scenarios from professional experience; creating scenario variations from multiple perspectives; and identifying gaps or weak reasoning in AI outputs.
- • 10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs to build next-generation models, operating as a remote-first organization serving clients across the EU and UK with a focus on enhancing AI systems through domain expertise.
- • In this role, you will deepen your understanding of AI applications in real estate, contribute to cutting-edge AI systems, and gain access to an in-house AI Academy to expand your AI skillset while applying your professional knowledge at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level real estate expert with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
- • Experience in advising on, developing, and executing real estate projects and documentation
- • Skilled at evaluating project workflows, technical requirements, and compliance
- • Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
- • Available for 8–20 hours per week with prompt availability
