• • A Real Estate Analyst at Agent Inc. serves as the engine of the acquisition funnel, responsible for end-to-end analysis of large-scale multifamily assets (100+ units) to identify and underwrite high-potential investment opportunities in a fast-paced, lean operations environment.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing deals by scouring online brokerages and platforms, executing standardized email outreach to brokers for off-market opportunities, conducting deep-dive financial modeling and underwriting for multifamily assets and new construction projects, participating in due diligence processes, and creating investment collateral such as bank packages, pro formas, deal summaries, and lender pitch materials.
• • The company is a dynamic new spin-off venture led by a founding team with over 25 years of real estate expertise across US and South American markets, operating as a lean, high-octane team focused on scaling multifamily acquisitions and new construction projects.
• • In this role, the analyst will develop advanced expertise in financial modeling for large-scale multifamily assets, gain hands-on experience integrating AI tools into real estate workflows to enhance deal analysis and processing speed, and build proficiency in creating professional investment collateral and managing high-volume deal sourcing in a remote, US-hour-aligned environment.
