📋 Description

• Show homes to potential buyers and conduct property tours on a flexible schedule
• Host open houses to attract prospective clients and generate interest in listed properties
• Attend property inspections to support clients and coordinate with inspectors and other professionals
• Set your own hours and control your workload without mandatory office attendance or fixed shifts
• Receive a steady flow of customer leads, with increased activity on weekends
• Operate remotely in the field—no requirement to visit a physical office or report to a central location
• Earn a flat-rate payment for each field event completed, with no sales pressure, contracts, or closings required
• Access free, optional educational services to develop real estate skills and industry knowledge
• Work exclusively as an independent contractor under Redfin’s platform
• Maintain professional autonomy while leveraging Redfin’s technology and customer base to facilitate field activities
• Operate within designated markets in Springfield and Chicopee, Massachusetts
• Must be licensed and affiliated exclusively with Redfin to participate in the program
• Join the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Realtor Association as a condition of engagement
• Use a smartphone, laptop, and GPS device (or obtain them) to perform job duties effectively
• Maintain reliable transportation to travel within your assigned market area
• No experience is required beyond holding an active real estate license
• Background screening is conducted as part of the onboarding process
• Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis with no fixed hiring deadlines
• Recruitment is based on availability of contract opportunities in your local market
• If no immediate opening exists, your application will be retained for future consideration

🎯 Requirements

• Active real estate license in Massachusetts
• Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS device (or ability to obtain them)
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within Springfield and Chicopee markets
