- • Real Estate Attorney responsible for providing legal counsel on property transactions, acquisitions, and management of real estate assets in Germany and Europe, supporting Unison Infrastructure’s growth in renewable energy and digital infrastructure sectors.
- • Day-to-day duties include drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, lease contracts, financing documents, and due diligence materials; advising on zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance; coordinating with external counsel and internal teams on title issues, permitting, and closing processes.
- • Unison Infrastructure Solutions LLC is a real estate investment company focused on acquiring and managing assets that host critical infrastructure such as wind and solar projects, battery storage, communications towers, and data centers across the U.S. and Europe, backed by a global investment partner and expanding rapidly.
- • The role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in international real estate law within sustainable infrastructure, gain cross-border transaction experience, and contribute to the legal strategy of a growing firm in high-impact sectors like renewable energy and digital infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
- • Qualified lawyer with admission to practice law in Germany
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate law, preferably with focus on commercial transactions or infrastructure projects
- • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- • Experience drafting and reviewing real estate purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents
- • Knowledge of German real estate law, land registry (Grundbuch), zoning, and permitting processes
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growing environment
