📋 Description

• • The Real Estate Gift Program Director develops, implements, and manages a comprehensive program to raise funds through gifts of real estate, overseeing the entire process from acceptance to sale of properties valued at $100,000 or more from major individual donors and prospects.
• • Day to day, the role involves cultivating and soliciting donors, managing negotiations and closings of complex real estate gifts, supervising program staff, conducting due diligence, analyzing feasibility of gifts for life income vehicles, and collaborating with legal, fundraising, and conservation teams across chapters and business units.
• • The Nature Conservancy (TNC) is a science-based global environmental organization dedicated to protecting lands and waters, with a mission-driven culture that values inclusivity, innovation, and long-term impact, supported by over 1 million members and 400 scientists.
• • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in charitable gift planning, lead a multidisciplinary team, shape strategic real estate giving initiatives, and contribute to TNC’s global conservation goals while gaining leadership experience in a complex nonprofit environment.
