📋 Description
- • The Real Estate Investor Expert AI Trainer role at Aptura Inc. involves applying deep institutional real estate private equity expertise to train AI models in complex investment decision-making processes, directly contributing to the advancement of AI in real estate finance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing expert input on acquisitions, underwriting, asset management, and fund-level analytics; guiding AI training on how top REPE professionals evaluate deals, structure transactions, and manage assets across property types and risk profiles; and contributing to the development of AI systems that mirror institutional real estate decision-making.
- • Aptura Inc., founded by ex-Lazard and Partners Group professionals and headquartered in London and San Francisco, operates at the intersection of finance and AI, leveraging real-world institutional expertise to build more accurate and reliable AI models through its Mentis AI initiative.
- • In this role, you will refine AI’s ability to reason like a top-tier real estate investor, gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge AI training methodologies, and contribute to a high-impact research project that bridges human expertise and machine learning in institutional real estate.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–8 years of experience in institutional real estate private equity (e.g., Blackstone Real Estate, Brookfield Asset Management, Starwood Capital, Lone Star Funds)
- • Associate or VP-level background in acquisitions or asset management
- • Strong real estate financial modeling skills, including DCF, waterfall structures, development proformas, and return attribution
