📋 Description

• As a Real-Time Analyst (RTA) at Panoptyc, you will be the critical "air traffic control" for our global Loss Prevention operations, ensuring seamless and efficient processing of AI-detected events. This role is pivotal in maintaining our commitment to clients by safeguarding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and optimizing operational workflows in a high-velocity, data-driven environment.
• Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously monitor and manage staff capacity in real-time, aligning it precisely with fluctuating incoming task volumes. This involves dynamically adjusting priorities, reallocating resources, and identifying potential bottlenecks before they impact service delivery.
• You will be the guardian of our work item queues across multiple verticals, ensuring that every AI-detected event is reviewed with the utmost efficiency and accuracy. This proactive monitoring is essential for preventing delays and maintaining the integrity of our loss prevention services.
• A key aspect of your role will be to safeguard our SLAs by identifying and escalating any processing bottlenecks or potential risks to leadership. 🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a back-office or operations environment, specifically in a Workforce Management (WFM) or Real-Time Analyst capacity.
• Highly analytical and comfortable working with large data sets to draw actionable conclusions on the fly.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, and data manipulation) to build and maintain tracking tools.
• Clear communicator, able to translate complex data findings into simple, operational recommendations for managers and team leads.
• Agile and able to remain calm under pressure, pivoting strategies quickly when volume spikes or technical issues arise.
• Experience in Loss Prevention, security monitoring, or AI-video analytics environments (Nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with specialized WFM software and real-time dashboarding tools (Nice-to-have).
