- • Own end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for both technical (engineering, data, product, IT) and non-technical (G&A, operations, sales, marketing, customer success) roles across global regions and time zones.
- • Source candidates globally using LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, talent communities, and advanced Boolean/X-ray techniques without geographic boundaries.
- • Write clear, inclusive outreach messages and high-converting job advertisements that attract diverse, qualified talent.
- • Run the full hiring funnel: conduct structured intakes, define must-haves, create scorecards, set SLAs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, lead debriefs, extend offers, and close hires.
- • Design and coordinate structured interview processes with lightweight assessments and consistent evaluation rubrics to drive objective hiring decisions.
- • Maintain A+ ATS hygiene in Ashby (or similar platforms like Lever/Greenhouse) by ensuring accurate stages, detailed notes, proper tagging, and timely updates.
- • Automate repetitive recruiting tasks where feasible to improve efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
- • Track and analyze funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks, measure time-to-hire, and rapidly ship process improvements to meet hiring targets.
- • Calibrate with hiring managers on compensation levels and job titles, and manage reference and background checks as needed.
- • Close candidates quickly and with a standout experience that reflects company values and enhances employer brand.
- • Coach interviewers on asking signal-rich questions and improving decision quality through structured feedback and debrief discipline.
- • Provide weekly pipeline updates and actionable recommendations to the Talent Lead and hiring teams to align on priorities and forecast needs.
- • Build and scale scalable recruiting playbooks, interview kits, and standardized workflows to support rapid company growth.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with urgency and ownership—keep pipelines moving and close loops without reminders.
- • Work within a remote-first culture with flexible scheduling but required core overlap during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
- • Function as an independent contractor working 40 hours per week with a focus on measurable outcomes, repeatable processes, and operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent English (written and verbal)
- • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- • Hands-on experience with an ATS (Ashby preferred; Lever, Greenhouse, or similar acceptable)
- • Proven ability to recruit internationally across multiple time zones
- • High ownership and urgency in a fast-paced environment
- • Experience creating or refining scalable recruiting workflows and processes
