  • • You will be instrumental in driving both client acquisition and candidate placement, operating in a 100% remote capacity within the United States. Your primary objective will be to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities by showcasing the unparalleled value that veteran talent brings to organizations.
  • • In the realm of Client Acquisition, you will proactively identify businesses and strategic partnerships where the recruitment of top-tier veterans and their families is a key priority. This involves conducting thorough research to pinpoint sectors where military experience directly translates into critical roles, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and targeted email/text campaigns to connect with HR leaders, business managers, and business owners.
  • • You will be responsible for initiating introductory calls to effectively pitch Hire Veterans' specialized recruiting services and nurturing these relationships through to closing new business opportunities. This requires a confident and persuasive approach, coupled with a deep understanding of client needs and the value proposition of veteran talent.
  • • On the Recruitment front, your responsibilities will span the full recruitment lifecycle for both external clients and internal staffing needs. For external clients, you will oversee sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process.
  • • Building and maintaining robust relationships with client stakeholders and hiring managers is paramount. You will work closely with them to gain a comprehensive understanding of their hiring requirements and to deliver recruitment solutions that are precisely tailored to their needs.
  • • Developing and implementing innovative, strategic sourcing methods will be crucial for attracting top-tier talent, with a particular emphasis on passive candidates. You will utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal tools to identify and engage with potential hires.
  • • Your role will involve conducting initial candidate outreach, performing thorough screens, and managing candidate submittals. Meticulous tracking of all interactions and pipeline activities within our CRM system is essential for maintaining efficiency and providing clear reporting.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will be building and nurturing a strong, engaged pipeline of veteran and veteran family member job seekers, ensuring a ready pool of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • • Internally, you will support Served With Honor's staffing needs by sourcing candidates for active roles, aligning with leadership's hiring forecasts and strategic objectives. You will execute the talent acquisition strategy, encompassing branding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, all while adhering to budgetary constraints and established Standard Operating Procedures.
  • • Developing effective recruitment strategies, including optimizing job postings and leveraging digital employment marketing, will be key to your success. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job profiles and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • • You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, providing them with comprehensive information regarding job duties, requirements, training programs, salary, benefits, company mission, values, and culture, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • • This role demands a proactive, persistent, and performance-driven individual who is comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Your ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen eye for detail will be critical to your success in this entrepreneurial and rewarding position.
