- • As a Recruiter at Sine Engineering Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring talent pipelines remain strong and aligned with organizational goals, directly contributing to flight-readiness for the business by driving hiring strategies and enabling workforce growth in the multi-million-drone era.
- • Day to day, you will use various sourcing channels to identify candidates for technical and business roles, create and post job vacancies, process applications, conduct interviews, collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs, and contribute to improving recruitment processes.
- • Sine Engineering is a leading global company developing advanced radio communication and navigation systems, building mission-critical infrastructure tested in challenging environments worldwide, with a low-hierarchy, engineering-driven culture that values autonomy and innovation.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in sourcing across EU markets, strengthen your ability to align hiring with technical and non-technical team needs, and gain experience shaping talent strategy in a cutting-edge product company focused on UAV and navigation technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting and successfully filling technical and business roles across industries
- • Fluent Finnish level
- • English - upper-intermediate or higher
- • Experience working with international and multicultural teams, with strong awareness of regional hiring practices
- • Solid knowledge of ATS systems and effective sourcing strategies
- • Experience in a product company, especially in Embedded development, is a plus
