- • As Twilio’s next APJ Talent Advisor, you will drive the growth and evolution of Go-To-Market organizations across Japan, Australia, Singapore, and the broader Asia Pacific region by acting as a strategic talent advisor and operational driver, not just filling requisitions but shaping hiring strategy for high-impact sales and GTM roles.
- • Day to day, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for complex sales and GTM roles, define success profiles, manage all candidate channels, conduct competency-based interviews, negotiate high-complexity offers involving equity and regional constraints, and partner with GTM leadership and TA stakeholders to consult on talent needs using market intelligence and funnel insights.
- • You will join a remote-first, globally inclusive team at Twilio, where AI enhances hiring efficiency but every decision is made by real Twilions, and you’ll operate within a global TA organization to align local hiring practices in Japan and APJ with global standards while managing stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in global talent acquisition, data-driven recruiting, stakeholder management at senior levels, and employer brand advocacy, while gaining experience in high-stakes APAC markets and contributing to Twilio’s mission of revolutionizing global communications.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years of full-cycle experience in sales and GTM recruiting within a global SaaS/Enterprise technology company.
- • Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English, with the cultural nuance required to drive high-stakes talent acquisition across the Japanese and broader APJ markets.
- • Proven expertise in managing high-level GTM stakeholder relationships (Senior Manager through VP), ensuring seamless partnership and successful headcount execution.
- • Full-cycle recruiting experience across APAC (Japan, ANZ, SEA, Singapore, China, and RoA), specializing in Account Executives (new business and strategic) and Solutions/Pre-sales Engineers.
- • Global Operating Capability: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a global setup, managing stakeholders across multiple time zones with minimal oversight.
- • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong expertise in talent data analytics and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
