📋 Description

• The Recruiter (6 month contract) role at Rho Technologies, Inc. is critical to supporting the company’s rapid growth by identifying and attracting top talent across technology, sales, and leadership functions in key US markets.
• Day to day, the recruiter will proactively source and engage high-quality candidates, build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, partner with hiring managers and People Ops to align sourcing strategies, use data and market insights to refine outreach, drive innovation in sourcing techniques, and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and sourcing systems.
• Rho Technologies, Inc. is a modern banking platform built for startups, offering integrated financial tools backed by real human support, and operates with a lean, agile People Operations team focused on scaling talent acquisition.
• In this role, the recruiter will develop expertise in full-cycle recruiting for hard-to-fill positions, enhance sourcing innovation using advanced tools and techniques, strengthen stakeholder collaboration, and contribute directly to the company’s growth by securing top talent in competitive markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success sourcing for hard-to-fill, niche positions in operational or risk/compliance functions
• Deep familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Gem, etc.) and CRM/ATS systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive with a strong sense of urgency
• Self-motivated, independent, and resourceful—you take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for talent and a deep belief in the value of a great candidate experience
