📋 Description

• As a Recruiter at Lavendo Inc., you will play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with fast-growing US-based startups and tech companies, directly impacting client success and team growth in a mission-driven, results-focused environment.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively sourcing candidates using outreach tools and creative strategies, conducting HR screening calls, managing candidate pipelines, collaborating with teammates, communicating with clients and candidates, meeting weekly activity and monthly placement targets, and contributing to team improvements through initiative and feedback.
• Lavendo is a small, close-knit, remote-first boutique recruiting agency based in the US, specializing in sales, GTM, and tech roles for high-growth startups. The team values ownership, results, relationships, and continuous learning, operating with flexibility while aligning with US Pacific Time hours for collaboration.
• In this role, you will develop end-to-end recruiting expertise, master modern recruiting tools (including Ashby, Juicebox, Metaview, and AI agents), gain experience working with US clients and candidates, and grow into a trusted full-cycle recruiter with clear pathways for advancement as the company expands.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency for conducting calls, writing outreach, and communicating with US professionals daily (hard requirement)
• Proactive mindset — taking initiative without waiting to be asked
• Strong sense of ownership — treating roles and candidates as personal responsibilities
• Coachable and curious — welcoming feedback, asking questions, and enjoying learning
• Experience in any outbound or client-facing role (sales, customer success, account management, or recruiting) — a plus but not required
