- • Serve as a founding recruiter for EMEA, owning end-to-end hiring processes for Dandy’s Commercial business units including Post-Sales, Customer Experience, Training, Marketing, and Operations, with potential involvement in high-volume Sales roles.
- • Partner strategically with Dandy’s leadership team to deliver talent mapping, compensation guidance, market insights, and recruiting metrics that inform hiring strategy and support expansion into new markets.
- • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels—from individual contributors to VP roles—ensuring a seamless, positive candidate experience from sourcing through offer negotiation.
- • Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of diverse, high-caliber talent using research, social media, cold outreach, referral programs, events, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
- • Lead talent management strategy for growing post-sales and marketing teams in collaboration with HR to align hiring goals with business objectives.
- • Develop and implement creative, data-driven recruiting strategies to improve funnel efficiency and reduce time-to-hire across Commercial functions.
- • Deliver weekly, actionable insights to business leaders based on recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and elevate hiring outcomes.
- • Drive projects to design, implement, and improve recruiting tools and systems that enhance scalability and candidate experience.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing best-practice guidance on recruitment tactics, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
- • Maintain deep understanding of the EMEA commercial talent landscape and adapt sourcing strategies to regional market dynamics.
- • Champion diversity and inclusion in all hiring activities, ensuring equitable access and representation across roles and levels.
- • Represent Dandy’s employer brand through consistent, professional engagement with candidates and external networks.
- • Stay informed on evolving recruitment trends and technologies to continuously refine and innovate Dandy’s hiring approach.
- • Support the scaling of recruitment operations as Dandy expands its footprint across Spain and broader EMEA markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within a tech startup or high-scaling startup environment
- • Proven track record of recruiting across commercial (non-tech) functions including Post-Sales, CX, Training, Marketing, and Operations
- • Demonstrated success hiring at all levels, from individual contributors to VP roles
- • Self-starter with the ability to independently own and execute recruitment for EMEA Commercial teams
- • Strong network and ability to engage high-caliber candidates across multiple business functions
- • Excellent communication and persuasion skills to advise leadership on recruiting best practices
