📋 Description

• Manage the hiring process from start to finish for business-side roles.
• Meet with hiring managers to understand what they're looking for and how the hiring process should run.
• Reach out to and build relationships with potential candidates, including people not actively job hunting.
• Set up consistent interview questions and evaluation criteria so candidates are assessed fairly.
• Gather feedback from interviewers and help hiring managers make a decision.
• Support offer discussions and help close candidates once a decision is made.
• Make sure candidates have a good experience throughout the process.
• Keep hiring records organized and up to date.
• Work with the rest of the hiring team to keep things consistent across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• A few years of experience hiring for business roles like finance, legal, HR, or operations.
• Comfortable managing your own hiring pipeline with limited supervision.
• Experience running a consistent, well-organized interview process.
• Some experience helping close job offers, not just finding candidates.

🏖️ Benefits
