- • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Go-to-Market (GTM) roles including Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Technical Solutions, Technical Success, UserOps, and Revenue Ops.
- • Partner directly with GTM business leaders to define talent needs, align hiring strategies with organizational goals, and develop proactive sourcing plans for high-growth teams.
- • Manage all stages of the recruitment process—from role scoping and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by representing OpenAI with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in every interaction.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, and Compensation teams to ensure compliance with employment policies, labor laws, and internal hiring standards across the U.S.
- • Employ advanced sourcing techniques and leverage tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern ATS platforms to identify and engage top-tier GTM talent.
- • Advise hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, candidate evaluation, bias mitigation, and employment branding to improve hiring quality and consistency.
- • Continuously refine and scale recruitment processes to meet the evolving demands of a rapidly expanding global GTM organization.
- • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform team performance, hiring pipeline health, and strategic workforce planning.
- • Promote diversity within GTM teams by implementing inclusive hiring practices and expanding outreach to underrepresented talent pools.
- • Support occasional in-person collaboration at OpenAI’s San Francisco or New York City offices, with remote candidates expected to travel for key hiring events or team gatherings as needed.
- • Uphold OpenAI’s mission by ensuring every hire contributes to building safe, beneficial AGI through thoughtful, values-aligned recruitment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, primarily in in-house environments at high-growth companies
- • Proven track record of hiring for Go-to-Market roles including Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Technical Solutions
- • Proficiency with modern recruitment tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS platforms
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse, global teams
- • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
- • Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices
