Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • **Own the full-cycle recruiting process** for a portfolio of high-impact workforce programs, managing 30-50 requisitions at any given time across healthcare, logistics, advanced manufacturing, and green-energy sectors. You will source, screen, schedule, interview, and close talent for both W-2 and 1099 roles, ensuring every hire advances Career TEAM’s mission of transforming lives through meaningful employment.
- • **Leverage data and technology** to build a modern, scalable talent pipeline. You will become the power-user of our ATS (Greenhouse), CRM (HubSpot), and AI-driven sourcing tools, creating Boolean strings, automated nurture campaigns, and predictive analytics dashboards that cut time-to-fill by 25 % while raising candidate quality scores.
- • **Partner with program managers, trainers, and case managers** to translate complex grant deliverables into crystal-clear job descriptions, competency maps, and sourcing strategies. You will run weekly intake meetings, translate federal WIOA metrics into daily KPIs, and adjust tactics in real time when labor-market conditions shift.
- • **Deliver an exceptional candidate experience** that mirrors Career TEAM’s human-centered ethos. From the first text message to the final offer call, you will craft personalized touchpoints, host virtual career fairs, and maintain a 4.8+ Glassdoor rating by ensuring every applicant—regardless of outcome—feels respected, informed, and empowered.
- • **Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion** in every hire. You will design outreach campaigns that reach veterans, opportunity-youth, returning citizens, and multi-lingual communities; partner with grassroots organizations; and track DEI metrics weekly to ensure at least 60 % of hires come from historically under-represented groups.
- • **Build and maintain a nationwide talent community** of 5,000+ pre-qualified candidates through drip marketing, SMS engagement, and quarterly virtual events. You will segment talent pools by skill, geography, and career stage, ensuring we can fill critical roles within 48 hours when new grants launch.
- • **Drive continuous improvement** by benchmarking against SHRM, ATAP, and Recruiting Brainfood best practices. You will A/B test job-ad headlines, pilot video-screening tools, and present quarterly “state-of-talent” decks to the executive team with actionable insights on wage trends, competitor moves, and emerging skill gaps.
- • **Mentor junior recruiters and interns** in a fully remote environment. You will run weekly skill-shares on advanced sourcing tactics, conduct mock interviews, and create SOPs that reduce onboarding time for new team members from four weeks to ten days.
- • **Ensure 100 % compliance** with federal, state, and local hiring regulations, including OFCCP, EEO, and state-specific fair-chance laws. You will audit requisitions monthly, maintain immaculate documentation, and partner with legal to roll out compliant offer letters and background-check workflows.
- • **Celebrate wins loudly**—whether it’s a single mom landing her first IT apprenticeship or a refugee starting a career in renewable energy. You will share success stories on LinkedIn, host monthly “Hire Highlights” Zoom parties, and keep the entire organization energized about the life-changing impact of our work.
