- • Be the trusted technical partner for Rossum’s largest enterprise customers, owning the end-to-end technical success of their AI document-processing initiatives from onboarding through global roll-out.
- • Own the technical relationship with C-level, IT, and operations stakeholders at Fortune-500 scale accounts, translating their business pain points into scalable, AI-first solutions that cut manual data entry by 90 %+.
- • Architect and implement custom document workflows in Rossum’s low-code configuration layer and Python-based extensions, ensuring each customer’s unique layout, compliance, and SLA requirements are met without brittle rules.
- • Lead deep-dive discovery workshops to map current-state business processes, surface hidden bottlenecks, and co-create future-state architectures that integrate Rossum via REST/GraphQL APIs with ERP, RPA, and ECM stacks.
- • Serve as tier-3 escalation point for complex technical issues, reproducing bugs, writing concise Jira tickets, and coordinating hot-fix releases with Engineering while keeping customer leadership informed with executive-level summaries.
- • Build and maintain a library of reusable integration patterns, runbooks, and training assets that accelerate time-to-value for new accounts and reduce implementation effort by 30 % within your first year.
- • Define, track, and present quarterly KPI dashboards (automation rate, straight-through processing time, exception rate, NPS) to both customer executives and Rossum leadership, proactively flagging risks and proposing mitigation plans.
- • Champion customer feedback in our Product Council, turning field insights into prioritized roadmap items that influence the next generation of AI extraction models and UX features.
- • Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Managers on API best practices, SQL debugging, and stakeholder communication, raising the technical bar across the entire post-sales organization.
- • Travel to customer sites across EMEA (up to 25 %) for white-boarding sessions, training bootcamps, and go-live celebrations, ensuring every deployment feels like a partnership rather than a vendor transaction.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar) within B2B SaaS.
- • Demonstrated success designing and delivering API-based integrations (REST/JSON, webhooks, OAuth) and troubleshooting across distributed systems.
- • Strong command of Business Process Mapping and Technical Requirements Gathering; able to turn ambiguous needs into clear user stories and solution specs.
- • Hands-on experience with at least one scripting or query language (Python, JavaScript, SQL) and familiarity with Git workflows.
- • Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish or another European language is a strong plus.
