- • Coordinate end-to-end interview logistics for multiple roles across global time zones, ensuring seamless scheduling and timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a responsive, professional, and welcoming experience that reflects EdSights’ culture and values.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, feedback, and notes in Ashby (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal hiring standards.
- • Assist in designing, building, and optimizing Ashby automations, interview kits, scorecards, and workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency in the recruiting pipeline.
- • Support the talent acquisition team with drafting and posting job descriptions, reviewing applicant applications, and managing candidate pipelines to ensure consistent talent flow.
- • Proactively identify operational inefficiencies in the recruiting process and propose actionable improvements to enhance candidate experience and team productivity.
- • Collaborate closely with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to align on hiring needs, timelines, and candidate expectations, facilitating smooth cross-functional communication.
- • Ensure all candidate interactions—whether via email, Slack, or video—are thoughtful, timely, and aligned with EdSights’ commitment to a candidate-first approach.
- • Track and document key recruiting metrics and process touchpoints to inform continuous improvement and reporting for the talent team.
- • Manage calendars and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack) to synchronize interview schedules, follow-ups, and internal team updates with precision and speed.
- • Represent EdSights with professionalism and authenticity at every candidate touchpoint, reinforcing the company’s mission to improve student success through data-driven education technology.
- • Support recruitment operations by preparing onboarding materials, coordinating reference checks, and ensuring a smooth transition from interview to offer stage.
- • Stay current on best practices in recruitment coordination and apply insights to enhance candidate experience, reduce time-to-hire, and increase offer acceptance rates.
- • Maintain a high standard of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through, ensuring no task or communication falls through the cracks in a fast-paced startup environment.
- • Contribute to a culture of ownership and accountability by closing loops proactively, anticipating needs before they arise, and bringing solutions, not just problems.
