- • The Fraud Prevention and Regulatory Risk Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding Binance’s global operations by identifying, assessing, and mitigating fraud and regulatory risks across its cryptocurrency ecosystem. This role is essential to maintaining trust with 300+ million users and ensuring compliance with evolving international financial regulations.
- • Day to day, the role involves monitoring transaction patterns for suspicious activity, conducting risk assessments, collaborating with legal and compliance teams to align with regional regulations (especially in Brazil and LATAM), developing fraud detection strategies, and reporting findings to senior leadership to inform policy and control improvements.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in fraud prevention, anti-money laundering (AML), or regulatory risk management within financial services or fintech
- • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency transaction patterns and blockchain analytics tools
- • Experience working with regulators or compliance frameworks in Latin America, particularly Brazil
- • Ability to analyze large datasets to identify anomalies and trends indicative of fraudulent behavior
- • Excellent communication skills to liaise with legal, compliance, product, and engineering teams
- • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus
