- • The Lifecycle Specialist: Time & Attendance role is essential for ensuring accurate and compliant management of time and attendance activities for Remote’s external employees and clients, directly supporting legal compliance and exceptional employee experience.
- • Day to day, the specialist will serve as an expert on time and attendance matters, manage employee lifecycle leave and working hours cases, advise on employment legislation, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain documentation, identify process improvements, and safeguard confidential employee data.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills for leading difficult conversations professionally
- • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level; additional languages considered a plus
- • Aptitude for innovating and optimizing processes, including identifying automation opportunities and promoting best practices
- • Tech-savviness with ability to collaborate asynchronously using tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite
- • Foundational understanding of AI’s practical applications in operations and automation
