📋 Description

• As a Recruiting Coordinator at Replit, you will manage the complex logistics of the hiring process with precision and empathy, ensuring every candidate has a smooth, welcoming, and thoughtful experience from first screen to final offer.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates, optimizing scheduling workflows using AI and automation, hosting on-site candidates in the Foster City office, maintaining ATS data hygiene, and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritize roles and improve pipeline health.
• You will join a fast-moving, high-agency team at Replit, the agentic software creation platform that empowers millions worldwide to build applications using natural language, where your work directly supports the mission of democratizing software development.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in recruiting operations, gain experience with AI-driven workflow optimization, strengthen your stakeholder management and communication skills, and have the opportunity to own projects that improve the candidate experience and hiring efficiency at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruiting coordination or high-level administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex scheduling across time zones
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Ashby or Greenhouse preferred) and scheduling tools (Guide, Calendly, or native ATS modules)
• Excellent communication skills — clear, warm, and professional — with the ability to represent company culture to candidates and internal stakeholders
• Experience or enthusiasm for using AI tooling to automate workflows and optimize candidate interactions
• High agency and problem-solving mindset — ability to anticipate and resolve issues independently
