• • We are actively seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Recruiting Coordinator to become an integral part of our inclusive and growing team. You will be the linchpin connecting candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive hiring journey from start to finish.
• • In this capacity, you will be entrusted with the primary responsibility of scheduling and coordinating all candidate interviews. This involves navigating multiple team calendars, diverse time zones, and varying availability to ensure that all scheduled appointments are accurate, timely, and efficiently managed. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in maintaining up-to-date and precise calendar entries, minimizing scheduling conflicts and maximizing the productivity of both candidates and interview panels.
• • A core aspect of this role is serving as the main point of contact for candidates throughout their entire interview process. You will be the friendly and informative voice of Dandy, providing candidates with timely updates, answering their questions, and offering support to ensure they feel informed, valued, and prepared. Your ability to anticipate the needs of candidates and interview panel members will be paramount, enabling you to proactively address potential issues and offer swift, thoughtful solutions that contribute to a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved.
• • You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our candidate data within Ashby, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This includes ensuring that interview plans are meticulously documented and that all candidate information is kept current and precise. Accurate data management is essential for tracking progress, generating reports, and making informed decisions about our hiring strategies.
• • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with our dedicated team of recruiters and the specialized Recruiting Operations team. Together, you will identify opportunities to refine and enhance our existing recruitment processes, driving greater efficiency and scalability.
