📋 Description

• • As a Recruiting Coordinator at Vanta, you’ll be a key partner in ensuring smooth, well-run hiring processes during an exciting period of growth, owning interview scheduling, elevating candidate experience, and contributing to projects that strengthen how the recruiting team operates.
• • You’ll manage interview scheduling and coordination across time zones, recruiters, and hiring managers with speed, accuracy, and empathy; create a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch through offer; own operational tasks like posting jobs, configuring interview plans, auditing data, and pulling reports; partner with recruiters and hiring managers to document, improve, and project-manage updates to interview and hiring processes; proactively identify and solve scheduling or process challenges; and support recruiting projects and initiatives that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and operational excellence.
