📋 Description

• As a Recruiting Coordinator - Contract at NETGEAR, you will play a critical role in enabling the Global Talent Acquisition team by owning the scheduling, logistics, and operational backbone of the hiring process, ensuring a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Day to day, you will schedule and manage complex interviews across functions, levels, and geographies (virtual and on-site), ensure clear and timely communication with candidates and interviewers, handle reschedules and last-minute changes with agility, act as a point of contact for candidates, prepare them with materials and agendas, maintain candidate records and feedback in the ATS (e.g., Ashby), own data hygiene, support reporting and compliance, collaborate on process improvements, support recruitment events, partner with recruiters and hiring managers on interviewer readiness and feedback completion, and assist with onboarding handoffs with HR and IT.
• You will join NETGEAR’s Global Talent Acquisition team, a performance-driven and connected group committed to delivering world-class products, where employees are valued as essential building blocks of success and guided by values such as Dare to Transform, Connect and Delight, Communicate Courageously, and Win It Together.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in global talent acquisition operations, gain experience managing high-volume recruitment across time zones, deepen your proficiency with ATS platforms like Ashby, strengthen stakeholder management and communication skills, and contribute to process improvements and employer branding initiatives in a fast-paced, hybrid environment based in Bangalore with 4 days per week in-office expectation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or HR operations
• Proven experience managing high-volume interview scheduling, ideally across multiple time zones
• Experience working with ATS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience supporting tech or product organizations
• Familiarity with employer branding and candidate experience metrics
