- • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams across multiple functions and markets.
- • Manage all candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring timely, professional, and consistent interactions.
- • Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data with accuracy, ensuring workflows and hiring records are current and compliant.
- • Track hiring pipelines and proactively follow up on pending actions to prevent delays in the recruitment process.
- • Provide direct operational support to recruiters and hiring managers, enabling them to focus on strategic talent decisions.
- • Prepare and distribute regular hiring reports, summaries, and recruiting metrics to inform team decisions and improve efficiency.
- • Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in current hiring processes and propose actionable improvements to enhance scalability and candidate experience.
- • Uphold a high standard of candidate experience by ensuring responsiveness, clarity, and professionalism at every touchpoint.
- • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align hiring timelines with business needs and project milestones.
- • Ensure all hiring documentation is properly stored, organized, and accessible in accordance with internal protocols.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving hiring demands across different roles, locations, and market conditions.
- • Utilize spreadsheets and ATS tools to manage large volumes of candidate data with precision and consistency.
- • Take ownership of recruiting operations without requiring constant oversight, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
- • Contribute to building scalable, repeatable hiring systems that support rapid company growth while maintaining quality standards.
- • Participate in continuous process refinement based on feedback from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of all candidate and hiring-related information.
