- • Manage end-to-end candidate communication throughout the hiring process, including scheduling, reminders, updates, and feedback collection.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring proper workflow configuration and record integrity.
- • Track hiring pipelines across multiple functions and markets, monitoring progress and initiating timely follow-ups to prevent delays.
- • Provide direct operational support to recruiters and hiring managers by preparing materials, organizing documentation, and facilitating logistics.
- • Generate and distribute hiring reports, summaries, and recruiting metrics to inform decision-making and process optimization.
- • Identify bottlenecks in recruitment workflows and propose actionable improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- • Uphold high standards for candidate experience by ensuring responsiveness, clarity, and professionalism at every touchpoint.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hiring timelines with business needs and team growth objectives.
- • Ensure compliance with internal hiring protocols and data privacy standards during all stages of candidate engagement.
- • Utilize spreadsheets and ATS tools to manage candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring metrics with precision.

- • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting operations by documenting best practices and sharing insights with the talent team.

- • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and hiring data in alignment with company policies and legal standards.
