  • • Coordinate interviews across candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams to ensure seamless scheduling and timely communication.
  • • Manage end-to-end candidate communication throughout the hiring process, including scheduling, reminders, updates, and feedback collection.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring proper workflow configuration and record integrity.
  • • Track hiring pipelines across multiple functions and markets, monitoring progress and initiating timely follow-ups to prevent delays.
  • • Provide direct operational support to recruiters and hiring managers by preparing materials, organizing documentation, and facilitating logistics.
  • • Generate and distribute hiring reports, summaries, and recruiting metrics to inform decision-making and process optimization.
  • • Identify bottlenecks in recruitment workflows and propose actionable improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • • Uphold high standards for candidate experience by ensuring responsiveness, clarity, and professionalism at every touchpoint.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hiring timelines with business needs and team growth objectives.
  • • Ensure compliance with internal hiring protocols and data privacy standards during all stages of candidate engagement.
  • • Utilize spreadsheets and ATS tools to manage candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring metrics with precision.
  • • Proactively anticipate operational needs and take initiative to resolve issues before they impact hiring velocity or candidate perception.
  • • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting operations by documenting best practices and sharing insights with the talent team.
  • • Support global hiring efforts by coordinating across time zones and adapting processes to regional hiring norms and requirements.
  • • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and hiring data in alignment with company policies and legal standards.
  • • Work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

  • • Experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, operations, or administrative support.
