  • • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams across multiple functions and markets.
  • • Manage all candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring timely, clear, and professional interactions.
  • • Maintain and audit data quality within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including accurate candidate records, status updates, and hiring workflows.
  • • Track hiring pipelines and ensure consistent follow-ups to prevent delays and maintain momentum in recruitment processes.
  • • Provide direct operational support to recruiters and hiring managers, enabling them to focus on strategic talent acquisition activities.
  • • Prepare and distribute regular hiring reports, summaries, and recruiting metrics to inform team decisions and process improvements.
  • • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current recruiting operations and propose actionable improvements to enhance process reliability and speed.
  • • Uphold and enhance the candidate experience by ensuring a smooth, respectful, and well-organized hiring journey from application to offer.
  • • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align hiring timelines with business needs and project milestones.
  • • Ensure compliance with internal hiring protocols and maintain confidentiality of candidate and hiring data.
  • • Utilize spreadsheets and ATS platforms to manage large volumes of candidate data, track key performance indicators, and generate insights for recruitment planning.
  • • Take ownership of recruiting operations with minimal supervision, proactively identifying tasks that need attention and acting without waiting for direction.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving hiring demands and scale operations as the company grows across different markets and roles.
  • • Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in all administrative and operational aspects of recruitment.
  • • Contribute to building a scalable, repeatable, and high-quality hiring system that supports the company’s mission of distributing intelligence to the world.

  • • Experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, operations, or administrative support.
  • • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
