- • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams across multiple functions and markets.
- • Manage all candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring timely and professional interactions.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including workflows, hiring records, and candidate statuses.
- • Track hiring pipelines and proactively ensure timely follow-ups to prevent delays in the recruitment process.
- • Provide direct operational support to recruiters and hiring managers, enabling them to focus on strategic talent acquisition.
- • Prepare and distribute regular hiring reports, summaries, and recruiting metrics to inform decision-making.
- • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current recruiting processes and recommend actionable improvements.
- • Uphold and enhance the candidate experience by ensuring consistency, clarity, and responsiveness at every touchpoint.
- • Ensure compliance with internal hiring standards and maintain high-quality documentation for all recruitment activities.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to align hiring timelines with business needs and team availability.
- • Manage calendar logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, accommodating diverse time zones and scheduling constraints.
- • Utilize spreadsheets and ATS tools to monitor key hiring KPIs and maintain data integrity across systems.
- • Take ownership of recruiting operations with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving hiring demands and scale processes as the company grows across international markets.
- • Contribute to building a structured, efficient, and scalable recruiting infrastructure in a fast-moving startup environment.
